We believe our meals work well for most diets and needs. They are proportioned well and with a balanced amount of protein, carbs, and fats. We also make as many health conscious substitutions as possible with our meals. We only use Himalayan pink salt; no table salt. We only use light agave for sweetener; no sugar. All sauces, seasonings, and marinades are house made; not overloaded with bottle/can-product sodium.

Your order is delivered in meal prep containers that helps food stay fresh. We can’t guarantee the freshness of our meals beyond 5 days, but this is largely your preference! Our meals can be frozen for up to 3 weeks.

We do offer custom meals, allowing you to create meals with your choice of protein, carb, vegetables, and the amounts of each. For breakfast lunch and dinner etc.
